Spotlight on Us

Wanna know more about the members of the guild? We'll feature an exclusive interview every month.

This spotlight is a little different - the Chief advisor was supposed to be interviewed but she wanted to interview the Faerie Founder, so Hotaru is interviewing her first and then she'll interview Hotaru. Hope you enjoy this deluxe double interview!

Interviewer: silverjadewaterfall aka Hotaru Mirashi(HM)
Interviewee: evilgoddessofchias aka Lucy Tong(LT)

HM: Hey, thanks for joining us for our first Spotlight!

CA: ur welcome

HM: So, what do you do in the guild as the Chief Advisor?

CA: As Chief Advisor, I help to make sure that the guild keeps running by making suggestions and help to make choices.

CA: *helping

HM: What made you and silverjadewaterfall want to create this guild?

CA: We wanted to help unfortunate neopets in some way.  We decided to help adopt the poor neopets that had been abandoned so that they could be happy like they should be.  Besides, the pounds have been overpopulated lately due to the increas of irresponsible owners.

HM: Okay, here are some more personal questions

HM: What's your favorite Neopet?

HM: ?

CA: I like kaus.

HM: Have a favorite game?

CA: That would probably be codebreakers.

HM: Do you have any favorite websites?

CA: I like reading xanga websites.

HM: Beauty or the Beast?

CA: t

CA: They are both good.

CA: There's always a good and a bad side to everything.

CA: Even if the bad side is greater than the good side.

HM: Wheel of Excitement or Wheel of Mediocrity?

CA: Wheel of Excitement because the more you risk losing, the more you can get winning.

HM: Any last words of wisdom?

CA: Never let them see you sweat.

HM: Thanks for the interview!

CA: You're welcome

Interviewer: evilgoddessofchias aka Chief Advisor(CA)

Interviewee: silverjadewaterfall aka Hotaru Mirashi(HM)

CA: So, how did you come up with the idea of FRC?

HM: I was tired of seeing so many abandoned Neopets in Neopia and not being able to do anything about and I wanted to have a guild of my own. With those thoughts ins mind, I asked evilgoddessofchias if she wanted to create a guild to help Neopets. That's how we started the Faeries Relocation Centre guild.

CA: Do you feel that your project has bettered the Neopian community?

HM: I feel that it has helped a bit, but we need more active members to make Neopia a better place.

CA: How many neopets have you helped so far?

HM: We've helped one Neopet become permanently adopted and are currently fostering 8 or more Neopets.

CA: Do you plan on advertising your relocation centre?

HM: Yes, we try to advertise it on Chat, but so far, we haven't had much interest.

CA: How did you first discover Neopia?

HM: Through evilgoddessofchias.

(silence)
HM: Ahemm.....

CA: Sorry for the pause.

CA: How do you feel about the whole community of Neopets?

HM: It's a fun community, but some people ruin it for others by being rude.

CA: Do you wish to continue being a part of the Neopets community for the rest of your life

CA: ?

HM: Umm.....that's too much to ask right now

CA: Do you enjoy running the Faerie Relocation Centre guild?

HM: Of course - it takes a lot of work and I would like some help, but it's great to help people in Neopia.

CA: That's great.  You sound like a very dedicated person and we appreciate you efforts.  Thank you for your time.

HM: You're welcome!

The above interviews are in original format and have not been edited without the permission of those interviewed. However, we have given the interviewees nicknames to protect their privacy since we were using AIM to conduct the interview. This does not mean that the names that we gave at the beginning of the interview were fake - we just replaced screennames with people's nicknames.
