neocharmed@hotmail.com with a few sentences about why you should receive the site award.
2. No sites with innapropriate or offensive material such as nude sites, sites with a lot of profanity, racial sites,
etc.
3. Don't ever, ever take an award from me without permission or I will report you to your site administrator
and/or Neopets.
4. Your site does not have to be Neopets-related, you don't even have to be a Neopets user to qualify; it just has to
be good.
5. Your site can have graphics, backgrounds, music, etc. from other sites just as long as the content is still original.
6. If you move your site along with the award, you have to tell me because I can't check the award-winning sites on a
regular basis.
7. If I find that you have moved your site without the award or deleted it, I can take your name of off the list without
contacting you.
